Can we ask for a favor? Please read these terms and conditions before using this site. To avoid any resentment in the future, we provide our terms and conditions in advance for your use and knowledge. We will do our best to explain our terms and conditions in simple terms, using plain English whenever possible. Welcome to the Multi-Doc website. This website is provided by Multi-Doc as a service to our customers. Please review the basic rules that govern your use of this site. These rules are also called terms and conditions, and you must be aware that your use of the site constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Every online printing company has terms and conditions similar to ours, but you will notice a big difference between us and them - our terms and conditions were not written by a team of corporate lawyers. There are no hidden things here. We are proud to make it as easy as possible to do business with our printing company.Section A of our terms and conditions specifically covers orders placed with the Multi-Doc websites, while Section B applies to the general terms and conditions for negotiating with Multi-Doc.
SECTION A - Terms and Conditions of Order Printing
The multi-doc satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind our products and services 100%. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call our customer service team at 819-246-4336 within 30 days of receiving your print, and we will faithfully reissue part or all of your order. Depending on the situation, we may choose to refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping and handling.
Multi-Doc is fully committed to customer satisfaction, and we continually strive to provide printing that reflects the craftsman's touch. We make every effort to ensure the highest print quality, accurate color reproduction, precise cutting, and on-time delivery. However, some circumstances or problems are beyond our control and are not covered by our warranty. Here is a list of things that may go wrong for which we cannot be responsible.
- Typography on artwork submitted by the customer. This includes spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
Ordering the wrong quantity. We are not responsible for accidentally placing too much or too little, ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong type, or ordering the wrong product.
Damage to printed products or services that occurs after delivery to the customer.
Design issues that were submitted in a client's artwork file. Errors that occur when the file layout contains incorrect information about custom services, such as folding, three-hole punching, scoring, or die-cutting.
- Color selection errors, design errors, or lower-quality resolution files submitted by the customer.
Shipping charges that occur due to an incorrect shipping address or other shipping-related errors caused by the customer.
We encourage you to take a few moments to carefully review and check your designs. This probably seems a bit obvious, but the least expensive time to correct a mistake is before placing your order.
This guarantee is also subject to a few other terms and conditions:
- Our full money back guarantee does not apply to shipping requests.
We require that your original order be returned, at our expense, before we begin reprinting or issuing a refund for your order. The maximum cash refund per order or customer is $250. The sole remedy for orders over $250 is to reprint the order to correct the problem defects. We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your company that are caused by defective or incomplete printing materials or that you receive later than the estimated due date. This guarantee is limited (only) to reprinting the original order quantity or refunding the purchase price of the order. In no event will our liability to you for any reason exceed the amount actually paid, if any, for the use of this site. Multi-Doc is not responsible for Canada Post errors, losses, or delayed delivery times.
PAYMENT
This guarantee is limited to the total cost of our reprint of your original order or a cash refund of up to $250. This guarantee does not cover courier service charges, incidental or consequential damages, or claims of any kind.
Prices for goods and services displayed on this site are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
If a visitor to this site requests the purchase of printing products or services, the visitor becomes a user of this site, and the user agrees that all fees, taxes, and shipping charges will be automatically charged to the credit card or paid by the user using a pre-approved payment method.
Once a print order has been approved by the client and "submitted" to the website, no changes are permitted to deadlines, artwork files, or job specifications. Once a print order has been submitted via the website, the client is responsible for payment of the entire order, unless otherwise stated. In some cases, a refund may be issued to the client if no work has been started by Multi-Doc. We will only consider these types of refunds when you personally take
PAYMENT METHODS
All print purchase requests must be submitted with a mutually approved and agreed-upon payment method. If you have any questions about payment plans, please call us as soon as possible. Approved payment methods include, but are not limited to, one of the following:
Credit or debit card. This is how most of our customers pay us. We use a highly secure server that encrypts your payment information so that only our computers can decode and understand it. Credit card payments are very secure with us.
Payment by check and money order. We accept business checks and money orders, but we may ask you to send us a check before we begin processing your job, and the order will be held pending authorization.
Opening Accounts. We accept accounts opened at our local and regional printing companies. By default, we offer $50 net 30 days. Note that a 1.5% monthly late payment fee will be automatically added until the account is paid in full. We are happy to accommodate larger accounts as well.
SALES TAXES
Multi-Doc is required to collect state sales tax on all print purchases shipped to any province where we are required to pay sales tax. If your organization has a sales tax exemption, it is important to understand that it is your responsibility to provide us with written copies of your sales tax exemption forms before your order is shipped.
ILLUSTRATIONS
Multi-Doc's prepress department inspects most artwork files before printing, but you are still responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files. We encourage you to take a few moments to inspect and review your files carefully before submitting them to our site. We provide easy-to-understand file preparation tutorials in the Help Center of our website. There, you will also find a large collection of layout templates that will make creating print-ready files easier. Finally, we remind you that Post Canada postal and mailing regulations are subject to change, and it is your sole responsibility to submit artwork that complies with the current guidelines provided by the postal service.
DELIVERY
We allow customers to pick up complete jobs at our print shop. We suggest calling before your visit so we can prepare everything for you. Multi-Doc also delivers jobs locally. If you would like us to deliver your job, add an additional day to the project timeline.
EDITING, DELETING OR MODIFYING THIS WEBSITE
We reserve the right to modify this site for any reason. This means that, without notice, we may suspend, discontinue, edit, or remove current offerings, materials, information, products, services, or other content on this site.
MISCELLANEOUS
We are a locally owned and operated business that serves regional and national customers. If you are a locally owned and operated business and find yourself in a printing crisis, we invite you to simply pick up the phone and give us a call. We will do everything we can to help you resolve your problem quickly and cost-effectively. Every customer is important to us, but sometimes we are able to do extraordinary things for our local business neighbors due to the advantages of time and distance. We often work early, late, or on weekends to meet important deadlines. Please give us a call, we can help.
SECTION B - GENERAL CONDITIONS COPYRIGHT INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE
This site is protected by copyright laws. The graphic design, content, and images on this website may not be reproduced, published, or reproduced in any way, in whole or in part. This website is considered the intellectual property of Multi-Doc, and we respectfully request that you not copy, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content and contents of this site. This website contains a wealth of content, ideas, tips, and articles related to printing, graphic arts, and marketing. This content is also subject to Canadian copyright law and may not be copied for use in your publications or newsletters without the prior written consent of Multi-Doc. If you are a Multi-Doc customer and would like permission to use one of our articles in your company's publication, please call us, and we would be happy to give you permission to do so, provided you are willing to credit your source (Multi-Doc).
THIRD PARTY
Okay, this is a little strange, but if you use this website to submit orders for a third party, you are responsible for any errors in the accuracy of the information provided in connection with that use. In other words, if an error is made on behalf of a third party, it's not our responsibility; it's yours. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to inform the third party of the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of their printed products or services. You, as a user of this site, agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all losses, liabilities, and lawsuits related to the third party as a result of using this site on their behalf. You, as the user, are directly responsible for any requests submitted and the costs, fees, and obligations associated with performance.
TERMINATION OF USE
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to all or part of this site at any time, without notice and without reason.
Multi-Doc is not responsible for errors or delays in responding to requests for information or problems with an order caused by an incorrect email address provided by you.
