Please read these terms and conditions before using this site.

To avoid resentment in the future, we offer our terms and conditions in advance for
your use and knowledge. We will do our best to explain our terms and
terms in a straightforward manner, using plain English whenever possible.

Welcome to the Multi-Doc website. This website is provided by Multi-Doc as a service to our
clients. Please review the ground rules that govern your use of this site. These rules are
also called terms and conditions, and you should be aware that your use of the site
constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Each online print shop has terms and conditions similar to ours, but you will notice
a big difference between us and them - our terms and conditions were not written by a team
corporate lawyers. There are no things hidden here. We are proud to make it
as easy as possible to do business with our print shop.

Section A of our terms and conditions will specifically cover “orders placed” with
websites d. Multi-Doc, while section B applies to the terms and conditions of
negotiation with Multi-Doc.

SECTION A - Terms and conditions of order Printing

The multi-doc satisfaction guarantee

We stay 100% behind our products and services. Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, call our customer service team by phone at 514-373-8289 within 30 days of the date you receive your print, and we will faithfully link some or all of your order. Depending on the situation, we may choose to refund the full price of the product (s) in question, excluding postage and freight.

Multi-Doc is fully committed to the satisfaction of our customers, and we strive
continually to provide an impression that reflects the touch of an artisan. We do all our
possible to ensure the highest print quality, precise color reproduction,
precise cut and on-time delivery. However, certain circumstances or problems are beyond
our control and are not covered by our warranty. Here is a list of things that can be
wrong for which we cannot be responsible


-Typos on the art presented by the client. This includes spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors that were made by the
customer
-Order incorrect quantity. We are not responsible when you talk
accidentally too much or too little, order the wrong size, choose the wrong type or
order the wrong product.
-Damage to printed products or services that occur after delivery to the customer

Design issues that were put into a client's artwork file


Errors that occur when the layout of the file has incorrect information about custom services, such as folding, three-hole punching, scoring, or cutting


Color selection errors, design errors, or lower quality resolution files submitted by the customer

Shipping costs that occur due to an incorrect shipping address or other shipping errors caused by the customer.


We invite you to spend a few moments carefully checking your designs. It probably sounds a little obvious, but the cheapest time to correct a mistake is before placing your order.

This warranty is also subject to a few other terms and conditions:

Our full money back guarantee does not apply to shipping requests.

• We request that your original order be returned, at our expense, before we begin reprinting or issuing a refund for your order.


The maximum cash refund per order or customer is $ 100.

We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business that are caused by faulty or incomplete printing documents or that you have on or later than the estimated expiration date. This warranty is limited to printing the original order quantity or refunding the purchase price of the order. In no event will our liability to you for any reason exceed the amount actually paid, if any, for the use of this site


Multi-Doc is not responsible for any errors, losses or delayed delivery times from Pastes Canada

PAYMENT

This warranty is limited to the full cost of our reprint of your original order or a cash refund of up to $ 1,000. This warranty does not cover courier service charges or incidental or consequential damages or claims of any kind.


The prices of goods and services displayed on this site are in Canadian dollars (CAN $) unless otherwise indicated.


If a visitor to this site makes a request to purchase printing products or services, the visitor has become a user of this site and the user agrees that all charges, taxes and shipping charges will be automatically billed to credit card or paid by the user with a pre-approved payment method

Once a print order has been approved by the customer and "sent" to the site, no changes are allowed in time lines, artwork files, or job specifications. Once a print order has been sent through the website, the customer is responsible for paying for the entire order, unless otherwise specified. In some cases, the refund may be delivered to the customer if no work has been started with Multi-Doc. We will only consider these types of refunds when you personally take


PAVEMENT METHODS
All print purchase requisitions must be submitted with a mutually approved and agreed upon method of payment. If you have any questions about the payment plans, give us a call as soon as possible. Approved payment methods include, but are not limited to, any of the following methods.

Credit or debit card. This is how most of our customers pay us. We use a very secure server that encrypts your payment data so that only our computers can decode and understand it. Credit card payments are very secure with us.


Payment by check and money order. We accept corporate checks and money order, but we may ask you to send us a check before you start processing your work and the order will be on hold until cleared.


Open accounts. We accept accounts opened at our local and regional printing houses. By default, we offer $ 50 on a 30 day net basis. Note that 1.5% monthly late payment will automatically be added until the account is fully paid. We will be happy
to accommodate larger accounts as well.

SALES TAXES
Multi-Doc is required to collect state sales tax on all print purchases shipped to any province where we are required to pay sales tax. If your organization has a sales tax exemption, it is important to understand that your responsibility is to provide us with written copies of your sales tax exemption forms before your order is shipped.

ILLUSTRATIONS
Multi-Doc's prepress department inspects most artwork files before printing, but you are still responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files. We encourage you to take a few moments and carefully inspect and read your files before submitting them to our site. We provide easy-to-understand file preparation tutorials in the Help Center on our website. There you will also find a large collection of layout templates that will make it easier for you to create print-ready files. Finally, we remind you that the postal and postal regulations of Pastes Canada are subject to change, and it is your sole responsibility to submit artistic proof in accordance with the current guidelines provided by the postal service.

DELIVERY
We allow customers to take over full jobs in our printing plant. We suggest you call before visiting, so that we can prepare everything for you. Multi-Doc also delivers jobs locally. If you would like us to provide your job, add an extra day to the project timeline.

EDITION, DELETION OR MODIFICATION OF THIS WEBSITE
We reserve the right, for any reason whatsoever, to modify this site. This means that, without notice, we may suspend, interrupt, edit or remove current offers, materials, information, products, services or any other content appearing on this site.

VARIOUS
We are a local company that • operates businesses on a regional and national scale. Yes
you are a neighboring locally owned business and you find yourself in a 'crisis
printing ”, we invite you to simply pick up the phone and call us. We'll do
do everything possible to help you resolve your problem quickly and at a reasonable cost.

This website is considered the intellectual property of Multi-Doc, and we respectfully ask that you do not copy, transmit, distribute or create derivative work based on the content and content of this site. THIRD PARTY
Okay, this is a bit odd, but if you use this website to submit orders for a third party, you are responsible for any errors in the accuracy of the information provided in connection with that use. In other words, if an error is made, on behalf of a third party, it is not our responsibility; it's yours. In addition, U is your responsibility to inform the third party of the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of their printed products or services. You, as a user of this site, agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from all losses, liabilities and lawsuits relating to third parties as a result of using this site on their behalf. You, as the user, are directly responsible for all claims submitted and for costs, fees and performance obligations.

The terms and conditions listed above supersede any prior agreement or understanding (by way of
oral or written) regarding matters related to printing products and services on this site. If the provisions of this Agreement are held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the other provisions will not be affected or canceled in any way.
