1. Why when I look on Google Maps I see a residential house?

Because it's a home business until we need commercial space.

2. What are the payment methods I can pay my order with?

Online : Credit cards, E-Transfer

Instore:  Cash, debit cards, credit cards

3. Do I have to pay in advance for my order?

Yes for orders of 100$+, a 50% deposit will be asked to secure the order.

4. I have an emergency print job afterhours?

Because we do understand that emergencies can happen and also we believe that Montréal could befefit from a emergency printing service, we do offer it.  The emergency rate is 20$/hour (plus regular fees) calculated by increments of 15 minutes from the time it's a "GO" until the order is picked up.

5. Do you do deliveries?

Yes it's possible but please verify with us before making your order.
