It is important for Multi-Doc to act our customers maintain their privacy while enjoying the benefits of all that the Internet has to offer.
We believe that your business is not for anyone else. Your privacy is important to you...and to us. So we will protect the information you share with us. To protect your privacy, Multi-Doc follows various principles in line with global practices for protecting customer privacy and information.

  • We will not sell or give your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card number or any other information to anyone.
  • We will use modern security measures to protect your information from unauthorized users.


We will ask you if we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. Generally, this information is requested when you create an identifier for your registration on the site or when you download free software, enter a contest, order an electronic newsletter OR join a privileged site with limited access. We use YOUR personal information for four primary purposes:

  • To make the site easy for you to use because you will not need to enter YOUR information more than once
  • Help you find software, services and information more easily
  • Help us create more relevant content for you.
  • To notify you of product updates, special offers, updated information and other new services from Multi-Doc


If you choose not to store or provide your personal information, you may continue to use the site But you will not be able to access areas that require registration.

If you do not wish to communicate with us by email, postal mail or telephone regarding other offers relating to Multi-Doc products, programs, events or services, you can choose the option stating that you do not wish to receive messages from Multi-Doc marketing.

Multi-Doc from time to time allows other companies to send information about their products and services to our registered customers, but using postal mail only. If you do not wish to receive such offers, you can choose the option that you do not wish to receive marketing messages from third parties.


We will provide you with means to ensure the accuracy of personal information. You will have the opportunity to review and update the information at any time at the visitor center. At this location, you have the possibility to:

  • View and change the personal information you have already given us
  •  Tell us if you would like us to send you marketing information or if you would like third parties to send you their offers via email.
  •  Subscribe to the electronic newsletter about our products and services
  •  Once you register, you no longer have to give us YOUR information. Everywhere you are on the site your information is with you.


Multi-Doc has taken strong measures to ensure the security of your personal information and to ensure that your choice regarding its use is respected. We take adequate measures to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Multi-Doc strictly protects the security of your personal information and respects your choices regarding the use that may be made of it. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, modification or destruction.
Your personal information will never be exchanged with other companies without your authorization, except under the conditions specified above. Within our company, data is stored on a password-protected server with very limited access. Your information will be stored in Canada, in the province of Quebec, where Multi-Doc, its subsidiaries, affiliates or agents are located.
You also have a very important responsibility in protecting your information. No one can see or change your personal information unless they know your username and password; so don't give them to anyone.


If for any reason you believe that Multi-Doc has not adhered to these principles, please notify and we will do our best to determine and correct the problem immediately. Don't forget to put "Privacy Policy" in the subject line.


When you purchase and install a new product, we may ask you to electronically register your purchase. When you complete this registration, we add the information you have entered to any information you have already left (this information is called your personal profile). If you are not previously registered with us, we will create a personal profile for you from the information you enter when purchasing the product. If you at any time want to view or update your information, you can visit the Profile Center and click Update My Profile and change any personal information in your profile. If you have not yet created a login, we will ask you to do so. Thanks to this, only you will have access to YOUR information.


As mentioned above, every registered customer has a unique profile. Each profile is assigned a unique personal identification number, which allows us to ensure that only you can access your profile.

When you register, we create your profile, giving you a personal identification number, and send your identification number to your hard drive in the form of a cookie, a very small code. This code is assigned to you alone. Multi-Doc may disclose your information, without notice, if required to do so by law or if, in good faith, it deems such an act necessary to: (a) confirm the declaration of law or comply with legal process with respect to Multi-Doc -Doc or at the site; and (b) to protect and defend the rights or property of Multi-Doc and its family of websites and (c) act in emergency circumstances to ensure the personal safety of visitors to Multi-Doc, its sites, or the public.
